Our partner JUDr. Jiří Ctibor LL.M., Ph.D., will discuss the current legal principles and practices of Czech and international franchising at the Franchise Club on Wednesday 19 January 2022 at 6.30 pm at 931/8 Salvátorská Street (www.opero.cz).

The topic will be the current state of Czech and international franchising regulation, including contractual practice. The latest trends, changes and innovations caused by covid will be mentioned, as well as the biggest pitfalls or the most common mistakes. It will also be reminded how to protect the concept and the brand by law.
