Our interns Carla Adler from Germany and Beini Ma from China, accompanied by our students, attended a trial in criminal proceedings and a hearing in civil proceedings. They thus had an opportunity to compare the course of Czech judicial proceedings with their own experiences from their home countries. Subsequently, they described the differences and we were able to learn something new.
