The Marketing Sales Media magazine, vol. 50, which focuses on market, marketing and sales, published an article by JUDr. Ctibor concerning the expansion of franchises to international markets. The articles refers to a comparative study on the international expansion of Brazilian franchise chains. It may be deduced from the study that the reason for the international expansions may not be success on the domestic market; however, the international expansion may serve as an intermediate step to achieve such success.
