Why did our law firm’s partner Jana Hladká Zilvarová get involved in the #FIRST100YEARS project?

There are several reasons.

Firstly, Jaroslav Kramer and his Coverstory know what they are doing.

Secondly, this project reinforces the balance that women began to create a hundred years ago when they broke the established stereotypes by graduating from law school. Today, the ratio of men to women in law schools is almost equal.

Thirdly, Jana tries to support every team member as necessary, not just women. For her personally, an individual approach is essential.

A few years ago, a young woman, a former top model, applied for a paralegal position at an age when most of her female friends had already graduated. Jana's first reaction was "don’t invite her". But she and her colleague misunderstood each other and the interview went ahead. Magda shone at the interview and joined us immediately. Since then she has managed to graduate, get married, have a child and renovate a house 120 km from Prague with her husband. She still works for us to our mutual satisfaction. True story.
