About Radek

Prior to setting up Z/C/H Legal in 2005, Radek spent six years working at leading German law firm, where he managed a team of lawyers focusing on Corporate Law, M&A and Finance. Following an academic placement in London, Radek also worked as a paralegal at Herbert Smith, a leading British law firm.

He has acted as an insolvency administrator since 2010, acquiring extensive domestic and international experience in this role. To date he has reviewed claims totalling more than CZK 1 billion. He currently administers property containing assets to a value of approx. 300m CZK. He acts as an insolvency administrator for I.D. Marketing ČR (former TNT Post), one of the “Big 4” mail operators, plus the well-known Club Hotel Pruhonice in Prague. Radek has an extensive professional experience with GDPR implementation projects.


Radek has provide many of his clients with full advisory regarding the construction and financing of public and private developments, such as shopping malls, retail parks, photovoltaic plants, hospitals, logistic centres, hotels, an airport, or a golf course. He has also broad experience with the advisory regarding the financing of moveable property such as trains, trams and tracks.

As a recognized expert in leasing, Radek with his team has drafted a broad range of documents for leasing products, including new IT leasing services. His clients include such key players as Mercedes Benz Financial Services, Raiffeisen Impuls Leasing, BAWAG Leasing & Fleet and SG Equipment Finance Czech Republic.

Radek has rendered services to international banks concerning various banking issues including bank mergers. He has drafted documents for international bank relating to bond issues.

Among others, he advised Signa, a German real estate fund, concerning the acquisition of “The Park” office park in Prague – Chodov, placing the office park in a closed real estate fund in Germany; and he advised on its subsequent sale. The total value of this transaction exceeding EUR 235 milion.

Radek also provides legal consulting to Sirius Investments, an investment fund with variable registered capital, including the preparation of contractual documentation and representation before the Czech National Bank.

He is strong in the automotive and transport industry with clients such as Daimler, Chrysler, Heidolph Elektro, Hoffmann a Žižák, LKW Maut Association, Quehenberger Transport & Logistics CZE, Schmitz Cargobull. Radek was a legal representative to various Chrysler divisions including Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge in the global strategic alliance of Chrysler group with Fiat.

He also provides ongoing full advisory to TREI Real Estate Czech Republic
(a leading international company managing their nationwide portfolio of supermarkets and retail parks) or K+S Group (one of the world’s leading suppliers of standard and specialty fertilizers and the world’s leading salt producer).
