On June 6, 2018, our colleague, Mgr. Lenka Gomez Tomčalová, passed the mediation exams scoring 94%. As of August 1, 2018, Lenka will be practicing as a registered mediator.

The Office for the Protection of Competition has issued a new methodology concerning the sanctions for the breach of the Competition Protection Act, such as an execution of prohibited agreements, abuse of dominant position, anti-competitive conduct of public administration bodies or administrative infractions in concentration of competitors.
