Czech franchise Captain Candy opened stores in Italy
Captain Candy, a Czech franchise selling an inexhaustible quantity of all kinds of candy has recently opened 2 new stores in the best San Marco quarter in Venice, Italy.

15.11.2017, the 2nd business lunch organized by Australian Business in Europe (ABIE) will take place in Prague. Our colleague JUDr. Jiří Ctibor LL.M., Ph.D., will attend the informal lunch to present a lecture on the topic of “Franchising“.

Z/C/H Legal is a founding member of the CEE – China Chamber of Commerce z.s. On 17 August 2017 the association of Czech lawyers Všehrd organized a summer event for its members, alumni and friends at the botanical garden of the Charles University.
Amendment to the Building Act
An extensive amendment to the Building Act will come into effect on January 1, 2018. The Amendment introduces in particular a new permit procedure - the so-called joint procedure, which enables to conduct both zoning and building procedures jointly in order to accelerate the entire process.
