On June 23, 2016, we held our traditional Sommerfest of culinary art, this time at the Market in Holešovice under the supervision of experienced chefs from Chefparade. The menu consisted of minestrone soup, saltimbocca, home-made tagliatelle with salmon and cheesecake as a sweet spot.
In addition to tasting selected wines we were also enjoying some contests, which contributed to the overall pleasant atmosphere of the evening.
