Visit from the USA

On May 31, 2019, a friendly meeting between JUDr. Ctibor and one of leading professors of franchising in the U.S., Robert W. Emerson, was held at Z/C/H Legal. They discussed in particular the future of franchising in the EU and the USA. Professor Emerson is not just a lawyer and lecturer at many universities worldwide, he is also an author of several books and recipient of the Best Paper Award granted by the International Society of Franchising.
