Our colleague, lawyer and registered mediator Lenka Gomez Tomčalová, participated in an interesting debate by the weekly Ekonom called The Czech Republic in Employment, which was held on April 28.

Together with Petr Šrámek, head of the HR department at Penny Market, attorney at law Markéta Pravdová from BNT, Dagmar Kuchtová, Director General of the Confederation of Industry and Transport, and Kateřina Štěpánková, Deputy of the Employment Section of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, she discussed the Labour Code and its shortcomings, non-standard unemployment, expected legislative changes, as well as the expectations of the upcoming generation of employees.

A large part of the debate was also dedicated to the employment of foreigners, including the employment of foreigners in light of the current refugee crisis and "Lex Ukraine."
