About Milan
Milan graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University with honours. He also successfully passed the specialised judicial exam. He has previous work experience from a tax consultant office, a non-profit organisation and the Municipal Court in Prague (the biggest court in the Czech Republic) where he dealt mainly with civil and commercial law, in particular intellectual property rights, competition law, securities, the review of arbitrations awards as well as with disputes regarding foreign states and persons protected by diplomatic immunity. Milan has a unique knowledge of the judicial environment and extensive experience in litigation.
